Pricing

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges. Shipping charges are not included in the prices.

Payment method

Wire transfer. You will receive the bank information with your order confirmation.

Cancellation policy

If orders are cancelled after wire transfer payment, 20%(30% custom order) of the cost will be forfeited to Reason Y s.r.o. to cover our product preparation expenses.

Returns

All returns or exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Refund returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders (any product that has been customized in either special graphics ,unique modifications to the product design or name embroidery) or final sale items or are not returnable nor exchangeable for any reason . Authorization for return must be approved in the form of writing by Reason Y s.r.o., before returning any goods for exchange.

Warranty

We provide 6 months Limited Warranty (2 years in EU) from date of purchase with satisfactory proof of purchase from Reason Y s.r.o.. If goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced , at manufacturer's option. This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods.
Warranty is void, if the goods have been:
- damaged by negligence or accident after purchase
- used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used or not used in accordance with any operating instructions supplied wit the foods
- adapted or repaired other than by the manufacturer or and approved service center
- added on to or use with other products which may affected the integrity , performance , safety, or reliability of these goods.

The manufacturer accepts no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the goods.
